I bought one of these a week back and the side window is blurry. Is there somewhere to buy the acrylic window it's self?

I can find to buy the side panel and window, but just want the window? If not I guess I'll have to buy another side panel and just have to hope it's not blurry.

It's clear on the top and bottom of the window, but the middle is really blurry.

Never though of a wet and dry. I'll try that. thanks

Bought another side panel with a window and the new one is blurry too? WTF? Can't believe corsair is selling side panels with blurry windows? I wonder if theirs anywhere to get a acrylic window for my panel that's not blurry?

This is the best pic I can do. It's hard to show blur in a window on a camera. It's only blurry in the middle. The top and bottom are clear. The bottom of the photo is the middle of the window. It's weird? T-cut? Is there a special t-cut I need? Isn't that for cars?

Thanks for reply mate:)

t-cut is a polish so it contains small abrasive particles to smooth surfaces, its used on car paint obviously but also on plastic headlights to remove fogging and discoloration

if you have 2 panels then just try it on one

Cheers mate on the t-cut. It worked a treat. Wow what a difference:eek: The blurriness is gone. It's very clear now:D

Did you get this off an auction site? I was looking at getting one if you did.

There are only 2 competitors who are selling this window if you don't count the manufacturer, on the entire NET from what I've found.

I'll have to try this as mine is the same. The entire window which replaces the mesh is blurred.

Hey snips. Just get a really smooth cloth and buff the window with the t-cut leave for a few mins then rub off hard. I did that twice and mine is super clear. It worked really well. Just buy the red tube original t-cut. Got mine from halfords. Report back to let me know how you got on.

Did you remove the acrylic panel from the case panel?

Really surprising to hear that T-Cut would be the solution. I remember using this stuff about 7 years ago on my first car. It was that kind of red which had faded in the sunlight to a light red/pink kind of looking colour. lol. Those were the days.

No I left the window on the panel. The paste is white. Just buff the window and leave for 5 mins or so then rub off. Rub it hard so the paste comes off. Do both sides a few times and it'll work. I was surprised myself how well it worked.

I'll certainly look into it!

I've been thinking about modding my side panel to house a larger window. Same height, just bigger width. I can then buy some decent acrylic instead of the tosh that Corsair have used.
