Gigabyte HD 7850 is crashing.

Ignore the F31 one. Its supposedly for cards used for UEFI BIOS Motherboards or something like that. If you also look it is 0.23mb and the F5_a is 0.73mb.
I tried to flash the F31 one and it said the BIOS was not compatible with my 7850.

I couldn't flash f5_a, said my MB is not compatible or something, but F31 flashed alright, didn't help though.
CPU: QuadCore Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600, 3200 MHz (8 x 400)
MB: Asus P5QL Pro
Ram: 2x Kingston 2GB DDR2-800 with 5-5-5-18 timing @400
and 2x Kingston 2G-UDIMM DDR2-800 with 6-6-6-18 timing @400 (the new ones)
PSU: Corsair Builder Series CX 500W
GPU: Gigabyte HD 7850 2gb (well you know the one lol)
Flashed BIOS, Changed that power limit to 20%, reduced both core and mem frequencies - result - no crash for twice as long (instead of 30 min, did manage to get 1 hour of bf3).
So should I try and get the same 7850 and hope it is not going to be faulty? or should I get something else instead then?

Just a thought, but did you install the other 2 ram sticks at the same time as the gpu?
Reason i ask is, i seem to remember people having problems using 4 sticks of ram on certain skt 775 motherboards.
What volts (dram and northbridge) and timings are you using for the ram.

I did, as I mentioned above, installed 2 ram sticks at the same time with the GPU.
And I have no idea how to check dram and northbridge, since in my BIOS it just says AUTO - no value... I will double check. As for timings
At least that was AIDA 64 shows. I am not sure if it is correct, since by overclockers I was promised 5-5-5-15 instead of 6-6-6-18...

It looks like standart one is 5-5-5-15, but 2 new ones are using 6-6-6-18, and I though my old ones will be downgrated to 6-6-6-18?
P.S. Why new ones are 6-6-6-18 anyhow if I got these ones?
On the second thought, I did prime95 Blend test overnight and nothing crashed (and it says to be testing a lot of ram) - just a thought though.

Running Kombuster burn in test (the only test I know that puts load only on GPU) and so far no crash with all the default setting (even power limit is at 0%) will keep it running for another hour or so. I hope this test us reliable in terms of crash inducing lol
Could you recommend me another test that can be ran continuously before I stop it (or until it crashes) if Kombuster is not reliable.

Elapsed time: 1 hr 10 min and still nothing, either the test is **** or GPU crashes only in games, or it is indeed ram. Will find ram stress test utility and try it out after trying heaven (since 3dmark 11 doesn't work, only vantage)

yh i would,i have two msi twin frozr 3 7850's myself and both are fine but the gigabyte should be equaly as good
it shouldnt be crashing like that at all,ive tested mine in three different machines without any trouble
forgot to ask,your using the latest motherboard bios?
its upto you really,will that b grade be better condition as the one youve got? idk
