If you are not in to OCing, with the B75 mobo you can at least drop in a none K quad core Cpu at a later date. The mobo has a Sata 6GB port to allow for an ssd in the future.
And if you don`t` like the games that come with the Gpu, you can always sell them.

I won't be buying till Thursday so I just thought maybe some of the offers will change, but something like that is definitely best value for money?

around an extra £100 for the 3570k or you could get a lesser i5 tbh the i3 is more than capable of playing games

I've just brought that i3 for my first build PC with a budget similar to yours

Thinking about the 7850 too, not sure that my PSU that I brought can handle it though
