you do indeed. normally we try to charge as little for fitting as possible but the extra few quid on the Titan is essentially to cover exclusivity and lack of stock anywhere.

our warranty for this card is one year but the card we use is Asus who have a three year manufacturer warranty.

in instances of failure, I am more than happy to say that OCUK will accept a faulty titan card back to take the block off and replace the stock cooler for you to return the card.
 
Not that I can afford to buy one, but out of interest, do you get the original cover/hsf with the package?

Asus 3 year warranty is direct with us for the duration of it's warranty so it will always come back to us and be fitted to a replacement.

What we usually do is fit the replacement stock cooler to the old card and the replacement card with the water block. However we do and will continue to keep the stock coolers for the duration of their warranties So all you have to do is ask and we can ship you one if you want to sell it on. If you ask sales really nicely we can ship the stock cooler with the item, but normally we label them up and keep them.

Or at the very least, would you include it if the buyer asks for it? I think that should be a yes if someone is spending nearly £1k on a graphics card :p

That cooler is nice enough to mount on the wall :D

I have answered this above but I will again


Yes, if requested we would ship the stock cooler with it. However The warranty would be invalid without it. With the 680 it doesn't matter as we have done so many of them we now have too many and it's incredibly unlikely that every 680 will be returned to us and even if they are as I said we would just swap the cooler from the replacement card and return it to the manufacturer. These cards may be in much shorter supply.

WE may only do a handful of these cards ourselves So if you lost the stock cooler or any of the screws we may not be able to honour the warranty should it go faulty.

I know in the last year I have fitted water blocks to some 150 kepler cards if not more. and we have 2 boxes full of various stock coolers for cards that are still in warranty.
