Not far at all as the multiplier is locked on that CPU and theres no Turboboost, you m,aybe able to increase the BCLK a tiny bit.
The BCLK is the 100Mhz (FSB in old-terms) that the CPU ratio then times by to give you the core frequency.
So 100MHz x 33 multi = 3.3GHz core speed.
Increase the BCLK and the core speed rises, but you may only manage a small increase.
even if you raise it one or two on the BCLK you would probably get some instability, its just not worth it the for the extra 200mhz or so.
