got an interview later this afternoon and i must admit im clueless on the industry

Might be worth doing a little research on the brand perhaps? They are more than just photocopiers these days. In many instances they are printers,scanners and fax machines too. Not in sales but am a photocopier fixer upper

Judging from the sales people I deal with I don't imagine your utter ignorance of the very thing you're trying to palm off to others at hugely inflated prices should pose you any problems whatsoever.
