Yes it will.

1 x PCI Express x16 slot, running at x16 (PCIEX16)
* For optimum performance, if only one PCI Express graphics card is to be installed, be sure to install it in the PCIEX16 slot.
1 x PCI Express x16 slot, running at x8 (PCIEX8)
(The PCIEX16 and PCIEX8 slots conform to PCI Express 3.0 standard.)
* The PCIEX8 slot shares bandwidth with the PCIEX16 slot. When the PCIEX8 slot is populated, the PCIEX16 slot will operate at up to x8 mode.
* PCIE Gen.3 is dependent on CPU and expansion card compatibility.
1 x PCI Express x16 slot, running at x4 (PCIEX4)
1 x PCI Express x1 slot
(PCIEX4/PCIEX1 slots conform to PCI Express 2.0 standard.)

But did you know it is the very last green slot (closest to the bottom edge) that is the 8X slot?

Use the one above this (2nd green slot) and that will give you 4X while leaving the first green slot running at 16X.

thanks stulid thing is i have a evga 570 in the x16 slot and think itll be to close to graphic card to put it in the x 4 will have to check when i get home

Then you are left using the built-in audio or running the GFX card at 8X.

yeh that's what I thought its the mrs pc the on board isn't to bad or the other option is get a dac its for music would it be noticeable running 8x
