Yes, but I see you still haven't read the article.
So it's not related to the court case involving her father raping her. That doesn't mean it's no related to the fact that she was raped by him. It's probably just a play on words by the prosecutors.
She defended the punishment, saying the girl had willingly committed an act outside of the law.
Either way this is a subject that should have more attention brought to it. I'll admit the title is a bit tabloidish but if it brings more people into the thread to read the story which I feel is horrendous enough to warrant such a title then so be it.
As I see it, all you're doing is diluting the severity of her punishment by misrepresenting the facts. The discussion is now about 'why' she was given the punishment and not about the punishment itself.
