Viagra available OTC from Tesco

I want to try one but are they as potent as everyone makes them out to be? I'm worried that if i'll take one i'll get so hard that my willy will snap in half. :(

It's not an offence to be in possesion of prescription medicine without a prescription, unless it's a controlled substance like morphine.
