Hi lads,

Just bought a Benq 2420T and was wondering which connection to use and why is it different from others. I've got MSI 660ti Power Edition.

Thanks in advance.

Thanks for help. Is there any difference between these two cables? For example in picture or monitor performance?

DisplayPort and dual link DVI are both going to give you the same image quality and the same 120Hz performance.

Just don't use any old DVI cable you have lying around as it's likely only single link.

Use the one supplied with the monitor for 1080p @ 120Hz.

Only difference really is that DisplayPort would carry audio as well if you wanted to use the audio and headphone connections from the monitor.

Bare in mind this monitor + displayport can be a bit picky depending on the cable, what GPU and which driver revision your using. If you use displayport and get a blank screen with "No Signal Detected!" or get a picture but intermittent cut outs/flicker you may need to change the cable and/or try using a few different recent display drivers one thats especially bad is the nVidia 306.02 betas.
