Buy an AMD Card and be lied to!

I recently brought an AMD 7800 Series card, with it came Bioshock and Tomb Raider codes to redeem the games for free, once they are out. Sounds good!

I signed up to get these codes emailed to me and everything went well.

Then the next day I get an email from AMD saying thanks for buying the card etc heres some more free games! I couldn't belive it!

Far Cry 3, Hitman, Crysis 3, Devil May Cry and Sleeping Dogs, FREE! Gave me the codes to redeem them on Steam and it says they have already been used!!

Emailed them back on their support email address they give you, and no reply back.

If it sounds too good to be true... it probably is! - comes to mind :(

Doubt it, the former simply looks like they've sent out a load of emails in error where-as they latter is what you were in-fact promised at time of purchase.
 
This is you trying to get something you don't deserve.

Those games were not included in the offer and now you are trying to get them for free.

Please justify this.

If its a genuine mistake and they have apologised why should you get all those games for free? You were originally happy with the codes for the two games when they are released...which i'm sure they will honor...but now thats not good enough?
 
Used my crysis and bioshock code, recieved the crysis 3 one so far. I'm confident I'll get the bioshock one too.
I don't understand why you are upset about being unable to get games you weren't promised..
 
I purchased a 7850 today, Should I receive these codes with the card or do I receive an email to request them? Can I add them in steam to essentially pre order or do you need to wait until release?
 
Don't worry OP, the other games are cack. Apart from FC3 which was awesome, and Sleeping Dogs which was fantastic... oh, this is not helping is it? :)

I'd say that you got the games that were promised to you at the point of purchase. You have not been in any way lied to.

Have you been able to redeem these codes without any trouble or do you need to wait until the games are released?
 
should have stuck with Nvidia, that'll learn ya!

Just kidding.

Give them time to get back to you and maybe sort the problem before ranting with all guns blazing.
 
AMD tweeted about this problem, the Tomb Raider and Bioshock game codes will work but the extra codes were given in error and will not work.
 
Just looking thru this now as I've been given codes that are giving the exact same problems as above :(

About half way down the page it indicates that purchases of 2x 79** series cards gets you..

Tomb Raider

I've a feeling they've mistakenly sent out a huge number of these keys rather than to those that purchased 2 cards
