Company car

Can't say I like either that much, on looks, the Audi (just), but I prefer the Ovlov's figures....

The new A3 gets a decent writeup even on S line suspension - I'd still want to try it first mind you

I took the A3 for a test drive at the weekend I wasn't impressed just way to small inside, I've gone for the Volvo V40 D2 only £87 a month tax including fuel :)

It'll hardly be a massive difference surely - especially considering it'll make quite a differenceto the drive.

I may be out of touch now but iincluding fuel benefit I only paid about 30 or so a month for a 2 litre tdci focus over the 1.6

I recieved delivery of my V40 on Friday and its a really good drive and doesn't feel as under powered as I thought it would compared to my Auris T180

Really pleased with my choice and looks really smart in white :)

So you were going for a nice blue d4 r design and have now received a white d2.

Pics? :(

Yes haha went for the more sensible cheaper tax option.... I'm going to go out and buy tweed jacket and flat cap next weekend ;)

I'll try and get some tomorrow

here we go....

So the Volvo V40 has gone and now to pick another car :D

Options...

BMW 4 Series Gran Coupe 118d SE - £267
Audi A5 Sportback Ultra SE Technik - £246

Audi A4 Avant SE Technik - £230
Audi A6 Avant Ultra SE - £270

Volvo XC60 SE Nav - £235
BMW X3 sDrive SE - £275

Thinking out if the box.....

Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV GX3h (150MPG!!!!) - £125

I'm back in the same boat as to not knowing what type of vehicle I want

The A5 has the best mpg so swaying towards that as I do not get private miles anymore.

I would go for the Jag XE R-Sport/Portfolio but don't want to be stuck in a hire car for the next 5 months either :(

The A5 is totally ancient, its a car that came out 7 years ago and it shows.

By contrast the 4 Series is completely new having only been released this year (Though it is based on the 3 which came out 2 years ago, but even so, it's new gen stuff, the A5 absolutely isnt).

If you want an Audi the A6 would be a far better choice as it too is a newer gen car.

A 418d SE isnt going to look quite like that though.

I was just thinking that :D

Hmmm the Merc CLA has a hatch and can get the AMG Sport for £255

I've tested a couple of A5/S5 recently and they weren't too shabby inside.

Off that list I would choose the A6 Avant, they have lots of space :)
