Hey guys,

I'm looking for a new phone to replace my current HTC Explorer. After seeing mixed reviews on the Nokia Lumia 620, I'd like to look at other options.

I'm willing to consider Windows phones (the HTC Phone 8S seems to have bad reviews), or a good Android phone (preferably near the latest android version - 4+).

Any help would be appreciated. My budget is about £200-220. I think I need to do a bit more looking before actually going for it.

Regards,
Dominic

That link doesn't seem to be available in the UK, and I've looked at the phone and it seems to be over £300. My budget is £200-220.

It is available in the UK and is £239

Anyway yeah i would agree that the nexus 4 is the best choice for you. Definitely worth stretching your budget by £20 if you can. :)

It is available in the UK, and it's about £250 for the 8GB one. Not far off your budget, and it's a lovely phone.

That link says unavailable for me, and I can't find it cheaper than £299 on other places. Where are you getting this? lol

I'm in the same boat. Amazon have the Nokia 820 for 290 without vat. Or wait for the Nokia 720 to come out at the end of this month. It will cost 250 without vat :) I'm also a fellow islander so the nexus 4 is out of the question for me too
