Yeah +1 on ditching the graphics card. No need for a dedicated card for Photoshop unless you're running certain third party plugins IMO.

I'm a freelance photographer at the moment, gone back to uni for the qualification (ending my 2nd year) and looking to expand into the video world as more people are requesting it over photos.

Either way, the workload is increasing and my laptop is struggling to keep up - that and the fact it keeps breaking down.
