That is if you can reuse your HDD and ODD. A 64-bit OS would be the best option, as 32-bit only uses 3.5GB of RAM. If you could dig up a 64-bit W7/8 from somewhere then that'd be good, although it may involve dropping to an i3 from an i5.
I know you want Nvidia, but AMD currently outmatch Nvidia's offering around this price range in terms of price and performance as well as including 2 recent games.

EDIT: Woah holy sheesh, just seen that the i5 is £200. Shop around a bit for the i5 is my advice ;)

You need an OS on that budget? Hmmmm okay your best bet then would be to take the builds above but drop down to a i3 with a Z77 board.

Or you could use the Windows 8 3 month promotion and get an OS at the end, around £80.

Well what is wrong with keeping with the 32 bit? Because the guy that posted first said I need a 64 bit with his parts?

32 bit OS only lets you use 3GB of RAM i think. A 64 bit OS will let you use more. Possibly upto 64GB depending on the package..

The lowest a 64 bit goes is 16GB, i think.. :)

Honestly I'd look at getting an aftermarket heatsink and overclock the CPU. Get a better GPU and maybe an SSD. Buying the 32bit version of windows 8 was silly :(

Intels new CPUs (Haswell) should be out in a few months, I think you could cope a little longer and do the mobo bundle upgrade then
