Decided to skip the backpack vacuum and got a Dyson animal instead. Been testing it out, not sure if it lives up to hype though.

I get annoyed with over bright headlights too. I know they are probably great for the owners but they dazzle hell out of me.

Heres the thing, H7 bulbs only shines their light in one direction, whilst the disperse of the light will be better, the angle is the EXACT SAME and CANNOT BE ALTERED, in anyway shape or form, 90% of H7 bulbs are used in "lens" type compartment/ cluster headlights, if you are being dazzled by oncoming lights,, you're either driving badly and not looking ahead and looking towards the oncoming beam, the oncoming light is a mirrored back light and is mis-aligned and is causing the light beam to shoot off into your face, or someone as got a bazillion K HID Xeon kit fitted to their car.

Also, original Bulb posting he should have bought Osram Night Breakers, far far far better lol.

No probs with mine except for one where I know I got my greasy fingers on one, turns out that does kill the bulbs damn fast!

Not in my experience. Bought some back when I first got the car, they lasted 12 months then both failed within a couple of weeks. The Philips set that came after lasted nearly 5 years and perform just as well.

LOL.

That seems extremely weird as they are the most recommended and for both of them to go I have never heard of.

Their not great for the owners either, the brighter your own headlights the faster your eyes tire on a long drive (ofc if you spend most of your time on B roads driving into the abyss the brighter = better).

I bought another pocket watch.

Zenith 1900 Grand Prix edition. Needs some work, which should be nice.

Need to strip it down and see how much work the dial will need, and if not replace it.

Dates to c.1930 this one. I only have... 8 now, I think it was...

Waiting on these to arrive but I also picked up a couple of Zeno watches, which I really like and they're based literally 100m from my work campus. Luckily, in fact as they require some "work". They said they can sort me out the parts, no problem. Which is nice.

First one is a 8554Z-a1 which needs a new crown, hands and a tidy up.

Second one is a 8559TH3-a1 chrono, which needs a new crystal and hands on the chrono dials.

When tarted up should look nice: http://ow.ly/ij3k7 http://ow.ly/ij4Mr

I paid 150, but when they're finished they should be worth about 2k for the 2 of them.
