I *know* that's a nearside front wing 
It may fit like a glove and match your paint exactly.
It will probably fall down on at least one of those areas though. Pattern body parts can be an absolute nightmare - I've had trouble with flexible bits like bumpers where the panel can ay least be heated and manipulated. If a wings a bit off you don't have a hell of a lot you can do whilst maintaining the proper panel gaps. I only ever use manufacturer panles now unless its something like a grille or undertray
Of course if their returns policy is good enough it could be worth a shot - check the cost of sending it back first though.

I was looking for such a panel for my Bora [a Bora one before the funny comments]
whilst price-checking for a cheaper one, saw another half dozen vendors offering similar but none offering a fitting service
which struck me as a missed opportunity for further buisness for them, as most panels are bolt on surely ?
needless to say I have held off on said purchase thus far

I was tempted with a pattern wing for my E30, it looked dreadful, simple didn't fit proper no matter what was done (big hammer etc) and that was a pretty good one. If I was going to do it again, on a newer car then I'd go through BMW, definitely worth it imo.
I do have to wonder why in your OP you were asking about nearside front wings, yet you appear to have bought an offside?
According to TIS, the wing is just bolted on, no welding involved, so it should be relatively simple. TIS suggests you need to remove the front door, but I'd imagine you can get away without doing it, assuming you have tools that can reach the bolts with the door in place.
