MK-26 is still my plan for this card, it's just nice now to know that I won't have to play at 100% fan speed for the rest of the weekwhen are you having your shoutouts for the 7970 coolers?
That's not necessarily a bad thing though Petey my Rev 1 TF3 is a cracker and that is sans 7970 pcbMSI would replace the card in all likelihood. Problem is, they'd probably replace it with a boost edition which doesn't come on a 7970 pcb like yours does![]()
No chance pete, you never saw what matt has done now have you?

Yes, that is a 7950 sitting in there!![]()
Cpu cooler on the gpu = Awesome! That is what I'm looking at, right?
Fan blowing through it with nowhere for the exhaust air to go = Derp
Is that a Delta fan?
Matty, Matty, Matty... Oh dear. I shouldn't have posted that Arnie pic.
@Harvey88
In case you didn't see it mentioned in the MK-26 product description, you'll need to check your case clearance before you buy this.
It says you need at least 175mm from mobo to side panel.
The 7950/70 core is in the centre of the card and the contact plate of the MK-26 is at the far side. This means that it'll extend further outwards than it would if used on an Nvidia card. Then again, some layouts aren't far from the centre either...
Also, if you're overclocking, I'd perhaps call it's VRM cooling into slight question.

Can't say I know whether the boost editions are good/bad/indifferent though?
