You do know paypal reject a lot of people daily and choose not to do business with them. Not always for doing something wrong.

They really don't.

It doesn't sound like you have even contacted them to try and resolve your limited account. If you want to use Paypal for a legitimate business then I'm not sure why they would have an issue sorting out your account.

They do limitations for silly things, I am going to phone them now and see if I can sort a account out now.

maybe they rejected him so that they can fill their quota of rejected applicants to show they're fighting fraud.

If I were refused by paypal, I know there are some sites that can accept paypal payments on my behalf but do not know any, does anyone?

how come you know there are some but don't know them? not a single person knows of such a thing, i'm assuming you've googled this and got no where, yet you know there is this service available? are you sure? why not ask paypal after they open your account and then post back here for us to see what you mean and for anyone else looking for this service.

Seems an unusual service and not sure I would trust it.
