feds can prove it with the time stamps on the original images and the time the listing happened.

I'd imagine they will see his car captured on cctv at various points during his journey aswell

I'm not sure who has reacted with hysteric indication at someone using a phone at the wheel... People have however been shocked by someone taking a photo with a phone at the wheel whilst holding something else in the other hand.

I guess it's a good thing we all have three arms.

The government propaganda has worked its tricks on me as I believe it is entirely irresponsible to drive a car with no hands. What a simp I am.

Funny thing is I don't worry about this type of stuff anymore after holidaying in countries like Egypt, Nigeria, Tunisia, Italy etc.
These drivers seem to do whatever they like and mayhem doesn't occur.
It seems that we are really rubbish drivers compared to other countries.

Just because you do not see any 'mayhem' happen does not mean it never happens.

A quick Google would suggest that Egypt is one of the top countries contributing to fatal road death numbers.

Having driven in many such countries it's blatantly apparent the chances of you being killed on the road over there are far greater than at home.

I am sure you will worry when it's you, a friend or someone else you know who ends up being screwed over by someone listing items on eBay while driving or otherwise. Feel free to not worry until such time though, ignorance is bliss.

Search ******** for Russian car accidents and you will see lots of mayhem. They are terrible drivers and seem to do what they like. They apparently get cheaper insurance if they have dash cams, so there is lots of footage about.

EDIT: Heh, just looked on ******** and the top video was someone almost killing a motorcyclist by filming some skateboarders while driving. (can't post it due to swearing)
