How long should one wait?

I sent payment reminder through eBay system the day before yesterday. My items sold Saturday at 6pm.

No payment for 2 things, should I now report and relist?

If I remember correctly you have to allow 4 days before you can file a case through the resolution centre for non-payment.

Don't know how long you have to wait before you can open a non-bidder case. You can't really re-list though until the non-bidder case is closed. Wise you could end up having the non-bidder actually paying and someone else bidding and wining the re-listed auction too.

This happened to me once, I didn't pay quick enough and the seller opened a case and re-listed and sold the item again before I got round to paying.

ya Id prob give it another couple days - who knows could be out of town or something ...

Normally I pay straight away but one time I was waiting on a second set of items from him.
Had massive amounts of grief off the seller and he moved to cancel the auction, I blocked it and paid him.
All that for a set of cheap £2 brake blocks that he sells by the hundred  It would have made no difference if he'd just let it ride until the weekend.

Made a note never to deal with him again, his loss.
