Can somebody please explain the Huawei E5331 Value MiFi please?

There is something that I'm not getting because it says it is £49.99 with 1gb already loaded but I can't see a link that tells you what to do after the first month and how much it costs/month after that etc.

Perhaps they do but I still can't see how it links with as MiFi unit?
I can't see anywhere where it says this is a plan you can have with the MiFi that costs x per month and you buy it by doing this etc.

I've just downloaded the instructions and there is a normal sim in it so it makes sense now.
