Hi all

I'm looking to upgrade to 2 x 24 inch monitors.

Budget:
-Sub £500 for both

Use:
-I game a lot (mainly League of Legends, but I play a lot of different games on Steam too)
-I will be using my PC for 3D model creation too (this includes the wire mesh and texturing)
-General everyday usage

Both monitors have to be the same model so I know when I order both the panels have a higher chance of being identical.

I've never played on a 120Hz monitor but I've heard a LOT of good about them. Currently stuck between these 2:

BenQ XL2411T :

Dell UltraSharp U2412M :

Any help is appreciated

i have 2x U2412M, can't say a bad word about them. i can't stand TN panels, to be honest.

What do you use the U2412Ms for if you don't mind me asking? They seem really good but I don't know how they compare :(

I've recently purchased one of these, it was on offer last week at £289.00, very impressed with it so far, stunning little monitor :).

i hadn;t even considered that monitor, thanks for pointing it out!

Shame it would push me well over my budget :(

I should also mention that low input lag is a must, I've been a competitive fighting game player for a couple of years now. Last thing I need is a monitor that screws with my gaming

Still thinking of the BenQ (even though that Asus is lush, but there's not enough reviews for me to form an opinion yet...and it's a tad pricy). Are the colours as bad as people make out?

Why is picking a monitor so hard :*(

took the plunge today and picked up 2x BenQ XL2411T. £445 delivered (free next day too) and with 14 days satisfaction guarantee, so cannot fault them at all for that. Will post my thoughts on them when they arrive (won't be home to use them tomorrow :( )
