gigabyte HD 7970 OC

i have the above card and even with bumping the voltage up a tad i cant get the card stable 1200mhz or above, 1150 and 1500 runs great but wont go any higher, temps sit about 42-46 so dont think they will be a problem at present

Try bumping up more than a tad . What voltage are you currently using?

I can get 1200 using 1275 on the voltage. Same card, stays pretty cool too

I have rev1 yeah its unlocked also those temp cant be under load surely? most people get 60-65c!

Hi what fan profile you using? Because I have seen few gigabytes and most seem to be beTween 60-65c which isn't high at all! Also I have read may reviews and they idle between 28c-30c so I don't understand how your getting thoe temps.
Just googled 1st article and their temps are the same as mine and mine Hevesy overclocked and 2 screens.

been tryin to up volts but cant get above 1240 regardless of how high volts i go
