GTX 570 in Sli or a single GTX 670?

The only caution to the AMD card would be battlefield 3. Nvidia own that benchmark with a GTX670 being 30% faster than the 7950 (toms gtx670 benchmarks)

BF3 is pretty much an even affair these days.

Finally... (I'm nearly done)

A Titan on a 1440p monitor will give good performance? I have no idea what kind of effect the 1440p will be for games, whether it will cripple a 680 2GB or not.

I can't speak for 1440p personally but obviously it'll be at 60hz so a 680 would probably cope well - be a good idea to look up some benchmarks though

Ended up getting an Asus GTX Titan alongside a Samsung S27B970 1440p monitor.
