Well you pay for PS+ and get the games for free so they're kind of free!

Who could begrudge Sony a pitiful £30 a year for all those free games while and not being bombarded by adverts for just turning your console on!

I would imagine its open to anyone who doesn't currently have a gold sub. That's a guess on my part though.
