Looks like Facebook are properly announcing changes these days so people just start moaning as soon as they happen. This update looks very good though, bigger pictures, better designed comment / sharing, wider different and better feed customsiation for the home page. So for example you can get everything from your friends, and not friends and pages. Better music feed for music your friends like, music pages you've liked and events / concerts near you. 'Following' feed, so any pages or publications you've 'liked' it will only show them in chronological order.

I welcome the change and hope it brings about more stable support for 64bit browsers because at the moment I get random image upload failures and have to fire up IE to upload them. (Waterfox user here).
 
Will there be a filter for stupid FB memes about sick kids, and those 'Apple/Argos/Tesco are giving away 1,000 iPads if you share this photograph of an iPad' tosh?

Hundreds of thousands of people over the past couple of weeks have shared those images of the ps4 and xbox 720 thinking they are in for a chance of becoming testers for them. Every single one of those people should be shot.

Along with people who sincerely believe that liking or sharing an image will save someone. Made worst when you get people sharing stupid medical information/myths.

Can they make events like they use to be. Now I have to browse through countless useless birthdays to find the couple of events I need to see. Or is there someway to do this?
Bigger pictures is always welcome.
And can we have proper group settings, making it easier to restrict certain people/groups for accessing it. I now you can now, but it's tedious.

Seriously though the new changes look good. From the looks of it
I just wish they would bring out an official windows 8 app because the mobile one on there is rubbish

*cough* Android version doesn't get ads (currently) *cough*

It needed a change tbh. In my browser at 1920x1080 there is a massive amount of wasted browser space.

All the suggested apps and posts get right on my **** on ios, everytime I can I report them as spam. It's my own little protest.
