Do you worry about your Diet?

Not really, but have started looking into it more recently. I avoid proccessed foods as much as possible, which isn't always that easy.

Though I have decided to get a bit leaner, lose some bf%, so it has gave me a bit of insight a bit more to dieting. I was pretty much just eating, eating, eating and eating more before. Some good gains were had though :)

No I don't 'care' too much.

I've made an effort to change it though so you could say I do care a bit. I just don't eat as much crap really or drink very many sugary drinks. Only time I drink sugary drinks is on a night out now.

I avoid crap food most of the time (sweets, fizzy drinks, crisps, etc) but I'd rather have some flexibility and be able to have the odd takeaway. I'm trying to eat well rather than perfectly, we grow a fair amount of our own veg and cook 90% of our meals from scratch so I don't worry about the other 10% too much. I run 35-40km/week and am doing the Stronglifts programme so I try to keep myself well fueled up otherwise I find myself really lacking energy.

I have never really worried about it as well. I know I burn so much during the day my attitude is just eat lol last week at a restaurant 2mains and 2 desserts LOL! so I do not really care what I eat as long as I know its calories going in for fuel.

200g protein is the absolute minimum I allow per day though

You should always treat yourself to something that you REALLY want. There's a strong endorphin/seratonin link to eating foods you enjoy. You've just got to make sure you have them as an occasional treat if they're "naughty" ;) I mean come on! We all need our anabolic pizzas/currys/chinese!!

I use MFP every day, but its getting to the stage now where I know what I can eat throughout the day and hit my macros.

I just try and hit my requirements using the best quality grub I can (living at home does have its perks!).

Once a month I usually have a big old greasy burger or something but that will still be decent quality. Can't see me ever wanting a McDonalds/Pizza Hut again as its just crap, I would much rather have a really decent home made albeit calorific burger.

I just like to know where my foods come from, how its been prepared and what's in it!

got to agree. :) treated myself to a beer tonight as is was the last of my assessment today for this term :D

My diet is shocking - i can eat an entire packet f chocolate digestives in 2days!!

And i have curry or Doner kebab at work and some days have a pudding at work and home etc.... I'd stick at 82kg regardless because of the cycling i do!

Now i've cut a lot out (still can't resist the biscuits! They are my weakness!(and apple crumble & custard!)) and watch my weight more, eat a lot more fruit and sensible foods and just keep my calories down etc. Down to 80.5kg and goal is sub 80kg!! I'm 6'1"! so think that is a sensible best weight!

Looking at that my diet is still shocking... just less so now as i eat more fruit...
