Click to expand... Yes retail has a stock heatsink and a 3 year warranty. OEM has no heatsink and a 1 year warranty.....to be fair CPU failure is rare. Ivybridge does more clock for clock than sandybridge and uses less power (77W vs 95W). The K means it's multiplier unlocked for overclocking. The 3570K has the better IGP, the 3570 non K has the same IGP as the 2500K. I put the 2500K in as an option as you could overclock it
