£1200 PC spec needed

I have £1200 can someone spec me a PC please? i want it to be reletively portable as i want to take it to uni with me next year.

im planning to use it for gaming, ive got a HP laptop now but it hardly runs any games so i decided to build a gaming pc if i can get a spec from someone,

cannot fault that spec.. If you want it quieter maybe worth spending the little extra on OCUK tech labs H60 (you can pick better fans that way)..

i can use my DVD drive from my previous PC and ive also got a good monitor, does anyone think i can improve any of them components for the price of the monitor and DVD drive

Nothing that would make any difference performance wise.

Modular PSU and bigger SSD but like I say, no difference in performance, id stick with honos spec (whether you keep your exsisting monitor) and spend the rest of the money on beer and steak..

yeh the obtical drive is SATA, however im planning to change that in the future to a bluray drive but id stick with the DVD for now,
