Windforce x3 yes they Quiet, but this is x5 wit 5 40mm fans

It's actually extremely loud and annoying, 5 little fans whizzing at high RPM - look at a review, just get the windforce 680 3x, or even the 670.

You should only really be considering the SOC if you want over-voltage and plan to WC it IMO.
