How fit are you ??

Better than before Christmas

3 laps of a tennis court in 2 minutes
80 skips in a minute
20 1/2 press ups in a minute

Getting better every week
 
Not very fit at all.

I used to be extremely fit running for the county, doing weight lifting nationally, playing football 3-4 nights a week as well as cricket.

Then booze+women = unfit me! :p:(

Tried getting back into it but with a busy job and a child I always manage to not bother I'm not a fatty yet though, when it's too late I imagine I will get some motivation :p
 
Still woefully unfit. Years of terrible diet + no exercise have done that. I am working to change things though and have been going to the gym regularly since early January.
 
Right now, I couldn't run a few yards, but then I am only a few weeks out from major surgery. When I am recovered I should be back to ten mile runs and so on, so I'm pretty fit. I did go through a period of severe unfitness and weight gain however and it isn't a great way to live to be honest.
 
endurance good, I can run half marathon no prob but have a gut and am by no means strong (although I am double hard before any of you come at me)
 
Terribly unfit, don't exercise enough after getting 101 colds, coughs and death diseases from working in a primary school.

Thankfully I will stay thin for ages so long as I don't drink loads...

should really get back on the cross trainer at least.
 
I never in my whole life been anywhere near as unfit like I am now...
I blame it from laying around in front of the PC & TV & doing nothing for about the last 5 years :(

Even running a few hundred yards from my car to work when am late makes me get out of breath..:o

I go to the gym three times a week. Weight training, intense cardio and some body weight exercises, after which there's a 2km run home. I'm not in top shape, but I am in the best shape of my life, and I feel pretty good for it. I just have to try and stem the weight loss...
 
Very and eat very healthy,

No processed ****, cut out sugar, no alcohol, no caffeine, no takeaways.

Tons of Veg, good carbs and meat / fish and eggs.

Edit: also before fitness I actually think diet takes more importance for weight loss / general health and well being. Also better for your mind.

Go gym 5-6 times a week, 4 weight sessions and two cardio sessions. Trying to gain some weight at the moment as im only just over 13stone and at 6ft that looks a bit skinny.
 
Guys how fit would you class you are ??

IE
How far or long can you run or jog before being out of breath ??

I can jog slowly for ages but it's not competitive at all.

I can last a full game of rugby. Or play 45mins of squash without feeling like I'm going to die.

Being able to run long distances is just a certain type of fitness but it doesn't match my lifestyle.

However I'm pretty strong and powerful compared to the general population.
