My left knee is killing me today. It was fine during the ride yesterday but a little sore afterwards. Now today its showing all the signs of chondromalacia again. :(

Looking forward to getting on the bike tomorrow, after a two week break.

I was hoping it would be the time I could switch over the bib shorts and short sleeves around now! Didn't anticipate I'll have to be in almost full winter spec clothing!! Ridiculous!

Can anyone find any more details about this camera currently on offer on Sports Pursuit?

£200 RRP down to £120 with an array of mounting options, I can't find much online about them so wonder if they are rubbish:

More Details:
Description
The Bullet HD Pro 2 is a revolution in sports camera design, and the only 20 mega pixel camera available on the market in this sports format - now including Video Motion Stabilization technology. The core of the Bullet technology is based on DigitalClarity CMOS sensor which has major advantages over traditional CCD based technology used in many current sports cameras, with low noise levels, smaller size and high performance image capture.

Built form military grade aluminum, shock proof and fully waterproof (certified IP68) up to 10m, this is the natural choice for all extreme sports activities. Having tested over 8 of the current market offerings in house the Bullet HD range was the only product that stayed completely "fog free", in all environment's due to its sealed design and not requiring a separate external case for waterproofing.

With its exceptionally small profile and lightweight design it can be worn helmet style and you hardly notice you are wearing it, or mounted on your bike, windsurfer, etc. without fear of it being caught and broken off should things not work out according to plan. When recording in video mode the .mov files are saved in 5 min segments, enabling you to quickly load and pick the best bits without having to copy and manipulate a massive file on your computer.

Supplied as standard with an impressive range of mounting options and accessories, you can also add advanced mounts and wireless remote in the future from our accessories range see separate listings.

If you can do it, you can capture the action in stunning HD quality with BulletHD cameras.

Haha! This morning I had on bib tights + knee warmers underneath with base layer top + winter jersey + wind jacket. Overshoes and cap underneath my helmet!! Real feel was -11oC when I left!!! Brrrrrr

Extremely. Crosswinds were "interesting" on the commute this morning.

Headwind for me 90% of the way! Was so strong at times I was struggling to catch my breath

Anyone got a Rapha Classic Jersey? thinking of investing for the summer after experiencing the quality of their Sky top, im tempted to stick to Rapha

Yup, our airports closed too.

People are being sent home early from work, the further away you live the sooner you can go which unfortunately for me means I'll be here as skeleton staff.

So when I was in my lowest gear this morning, small front/large rear, it sounded like something was hitting the spokes every so often.

I've just been to have a look at my bike and all looks okay, and the noise wasn't there when I put it in the same gear and span the cranks!

Could it be the wheel is slightly out of true and the cage is touching a few spokes on the way round?

I've indexed the gears just in case and I took a picture to see if the rear hangar is bent or not...

What do you think?
