8 low power cores though.
If they can eek twice as much out of that 7850/7870 (As it's neither, more inbetween) than a desktop 7850, then they've got ultimately a 7970 for raw performance (Excluding other stuff like compute etc)
lol he is rightso many to jump in so quick. what you must remember many people have dells not nerd pcs like us lot
so a ps4 will be the equivalent of a med to highend pc for a cheap price. hmm that reminds me must ask him about just cause 3 .
lol its powerful for 400 quid anyone denying this must be mad
Hmm well I'm not bothering if it all just works straight out if the box. Unless there are driver issues, dodgy patches and other hair-pulling issues what is the point?
its 399 pounds ! (you can even pre order at some places)
400 dollars usa. dont go on me about the exchange that's how much it is.
Aeleys
have you looked at the specs even most mid range rigs will be slower than the ps4. so what he has put is right. if you took ocuk as a percentage for wed be like 1 percent of gaming
most people who game on pcs have older dual core rigs maybe 8800 gt or something like and play valve games. we are the minority. http://store.steampowered.com/hwsurvey
so like i said before what he put is true.
microsoft dont need to compete specswise
theres will be 100 quid cheaper but there selling point is they have the games behind them more than sony.
also as said they are the ps4 prices. not ifs they are.
There has not been any announcement on the price as of yet, retailers accepting pre orders have just taken a guess really. Regardless, £400 is the maximum it will retail for ( I personally believe it will be less that this) as they won't make the same mistake as with the PS3 pricing. Its quite the little powerhouse and Microsoft will have to do something special to come close to the PS4 spec.
as said they are the ps4 prices. not ifs they are.
even so as a game dev he SHOULD know that gamers use decent pc's as compared to office desktops...![]()
Yep, I agree with Skeeter. I don't think he's talking about PCs that are used in offices, he's talking about PCs that are used for playing games, and he's probably right too.
Most people have much lower spec PCs than people on here.
