what would stop me doing this?:-

1) get loan for nice fancy car in UK

2) Move to Bulgaria/Hungary/somewhere and tell the loan company I'd moved - All legit so far..

3) Stop paying the loan and the bad debt would have to be chased through the new country of residence

4) move back to UK with fancy car, and bad debt left in Bulgaria/other country

5) Profit

Is this a FLAWless plan? It looks like it to me

Comments welcome etc (even negative ones) but its just a theory, im not doing this.

Retard.

No personal insult, just playing the 'post the first word that comes into your head' game at work and this came up.

:)

In before the lock ;)
Me thinks the OP will not be around for long if he keeps posting rubbish like this.

I think its possible, but highly irregular and is it really worth it?

Definitely do this. But think bigger, get a private jet with a Wonga loan and then they'll never catch you and you can fly wherever you want.

FLAWLESS VICTORY!

IBTL!

Retarded idea. You would move countries to avoid paying for a car? And you decided to ask a computer forum if this was a good idea. Where's my slow clap gif when I need it?

Ignoring the moral and legal issues here. Youd be willing to move home to another country will all the costs associated with such rack up a load of debt then move back here with all the removal costs associated again just to get out of paying 20k for a car? Im not sure if your on crack or not.

When you return you will use your new address for everything you register for; bank, doctors etc. When you get a job they will want you to prove your address. There will be a new trail for the debt collects to follow. Unless you live like a hermit and hide away for the rest of your life

i have girls and people in other countries that I could live with easily, and it would get me out of teh UK for a while and have some fun.

Im sorry for duplicate thread, this was an accident, but to answer the points above, moving countries is very easy for me and would be something I plan to do anyway.

(close thread though still if discussion is inappropriate in anyway)
