imo a player should be able to concede defeat in a match without punishment, so if for example, they paused the game then clicked concede game, all that happened was that they lose contracts, morale, fitness, etc and get zero coins and a loss on their record, league table, cup, etc.

i also believe a player should be able to quit within the first 30 seconds of a match with no penalties what so ever, because i have started some games and the LAGG has been terrible, made the game unplayable, although i have also scored in the first 30 seconds so i could see how some would just quit, but if they quit after a goal has been scored it gets turned into the concede option and it results in a win for the scorer and a loss for the opposing team.

but if a player quits by pulling the cable, resetting the system, powering down, etc, etc. they should have an incremental ban system in place, 15 mins, 30 mins, 1 hour, 2 hours (doubling each time). as well as everything in the concede defeat option.

but this is EA, they do not care about making decent games or listening to fans, they intentionally add hidden stuff which manipulates the game from playing normally.
 
I've never quit a game EVER. However if I get really annoyed in a match (espeically if the player is being a annoying idiot) then I just put the controller down and make a coffee or go for a smoke lol.

I think just leaving the control pad annoys more people than just flat out quitting. I know it annoys me when others just put the pad down when I'm winning :p That said if they do that I just pass the ball around rather than scoring all the time. Gets the game over quicker that way.

1) quits at 4-1 after being 1-0 up
2) quits at 2-1 after being 1-0 up and after Aguero outmuscled Dede to score :D
3) quits in the 69th minute after I take a 2-1 lead and I start passing the ball about just like he did at 1-0
4) quits after 4-0 in the final

Wouldn't mind but I don't really need the coins anymore and was just playing for fun :D

I had a funny guy last night, he got me to 3-0 down, I scored one, he pauses & quits, obviously I didn't get a win or loss for it, but just very random, almost as if he thought too much of himself to concede!

Still working on that 4231 team in my head, thinking IF Palacio LCAM, IF Miccoli RCAM, Then probably Di Nat CF, Balotelli ST, thoughts?

I agree with the majority of your post but they simply couldn't do this because, in my experience, a lot of the time it's EA's fault!

I've never quit an on-line game but I have lost connection to the EA servers which appears to count as me quitting out! :mad:

Miccoli LCAM Moralez RCAM Di Natale CF IF Palacio ST

I don't like Balo (mainly because I'm a Man Utd fan!) but I know a lot do.

I found IF Miccoli a bit wasted as a wide CAM... would probably be able to utilise him more as a CF and Di Natale as a ST. Didn't feel like I was getting 200k worth of usage out of him as a wide CAM.
 
I've never quit either even when losing 20-0 willing to play anyone when i'm on have no PS3 fifa friends at the moment so feel free to get some practice in against a noob.

Got tanked 6-1 against a beast team with the cream of the EPL. Van Persie etc... all gold rares. Think he was annoyed my bronze SPL team got a goal haha.

IF Miccoli is meant to have pretty nice longshots and I want to give him a proper go, I keep playing him centrally and het gets destroyed!

Palacio at ST is an option I was thinking about, but I love making long runs with him back from using him at RM/RF with his NIF, will have a think :)

Is Moralez as good as people seem to hype him to be!
 
Yeah he's nice no doubt I just didn't feel I was getting my coins worth out of him out there. To be fair, Palacio as a wide CAM is pretty potent option.

112 games 68 goals for Moralez for me which isn't bad. Although Zarate has 120 in 115. He's ludicrously quick and has a decent left foot finesse. Delivery isn't the greatest if you want to lump it in from the wing though he's got 4* skills to whizz past people as well. Kind of a no obligation try out at discard price as well. He's not going to be IF Palacio standard though :D.

Personally I'd go with IF or, if you can afford it, SIF Cazorla at CAM (links your Spanish players nicely) with Podolski and Suarez up top!

Either that or if you want to try Benzema up front, maybe Nasri at CAM??

D'oh! You're right. Sorry. I obviously wasn't awake. Benzema is a bit of a beast I really like him. He's better than Falcao overall slightly due to his pace/strength.
