What's the best and cheapest 27" Monitor?

It's not 120Hz but I recently purchased a Dell UltraSharp U2713HM monitor and it's a very good quality monitor with excellent resolution and no PWM backlighting if you suffer from migraines. It's fairly cheap too, I think the offer on it ends today though.

It's over £500 That's no deal! I might have to do some research and look around.

Thinking outaide the box for a moment and you could take and get gamble and a catleap 27" ips panel 2560x1440, a lot of these have been overclocked by their owners to 120hz.

Only models built in Feb/Mar 2012 would do 120hz. Every monitor since will only overclock to 63-66hz. I see a lot of people recommending the gamble, not realising the gamble ended a year ago.

Yeah the catleaps were the 2B's/Extreme which now command a bit of a premium.
As above mate 27" @120Hz at that budget isn't really available.

Have you seen a normal and a 120Hz side by side?

No I haven't. Maybe I'll just get a 27" LED. Which one would you get? Best one for the money really

I just got the Benq XL2411T 24inch for £240. 144hz and 1ms response rate.

I'm afraid trying to get a 120hz in 27 inch may be a tad difficult for that price. The Iiyama is the cheapest I came across in my research.
