Since ive started drinking mineral water i feel more relaxed than drinking anything else such as normal water, tea, coffee, pop, i wish i had started drinking it a lot earlier , i have always looked at it and just thought it was normal water , its not and its making a huge diference to my daily life.

How much are you drinking per day? As your supposed to drink about 4 litres a day, that could rack up to a lot per week financially. Would filter water be as good for you?

If I lived elsewhere I would drink it all the time, would certainly beat reprocessed sewage tap water.

Up here tap water comes from springs in the hills anyway so probably is mineral water.

Have a look on the side of the bottle what the dry residue contains, maybe you have a deficiency in one of those elements.

Actually it's 3-4 litres and I'm a big chap so 4 litres for me. I very rarely manage it, how ever when I make a real effort to get close I feel so much better for it.

2 litres per 3 days, gosh I bet your pee stinks and is very concentrated. Just think of all the toxins building up.

My standard cold drink, all year round, is lime cordial and sparkling spring water. I mostly buy Tesco Ashbeck in 2 ltr bottles.

I've tried eating hydrogen and oxygen but it didn't help me against dehydration. Maybe I should have tried 2 hydrogen and 1 oxygen?

Ever heard of the word Placebo?

Spring water is a con. Unless specifically marketed as such (ie contains xyz vitamins) it's no better for you than tap water, and in some cases worse (it isn't as stringently filtered as tap water is.)
