PS3 - Headphones without headphone Jack

So I enjoy gaming on my PS3 but I'd rather do it with headphones, as I'm using a PC monitor (IIyama ProLite E2273HDS) that doesn't have a headphone jack how can I play with headphones on my PS3?

Use a bluetooth headset? Normally for game chat, but can't you make the audio go via them too? I mean obviously buy a dual headphone one.

I don't think so, the options I have for audio are HDMI which I use at the minute for the speakers, Optical digital, Audio Input Connector, Scart and AV MULTI.

There are multiple gaming orientated solutions/amps that run off of the optical port to an amplifier then to the headset.

Just depends how much you want to pay out. Such as the astro mixamp which allows for your own headset/phones to be connected or one of their headsets.
