the trouble is it is very loud indeed is there any way of making it so its not so loud sounds like the fan is loose or something.bearing in mind plp im no computer wiz cheers baz

what fans are in there and are they running at full speed ?

maybe invest in a fan controller to slow them down a bit ?

Find out what is making the most noise by stopping fans in turn. The Graphics card looks to be a relatively quiet affair if it's fan is run at idle speed so maybe it's spinning too fast or something. What CPU cooler are you using and what is the fan speed of that?

no i havernt yet will have to do that tomorrow when i go round my boys house

The reason I ask about the case is that it will help us decide what the noise is likely to be. If it's a £2.99 case with twigs and a nail for fans or a higher spec case with decent stock fans then it will be easier to offer advice.

I would advise you to either take this through the customer service forums or get us some more information. (Pictures of the case and preferably the inside of the case) It may even be that something moved in transit and you have a cable touching a fan or something.

Let us know.

Edit: ( Not suggesting that OCUK sells £2.99 cases but you get my drift :D )
