Hi all,

Want's a good gamepad to get for the PC? Or is there way of using a PS3/XBOX controller on it using an adapter of some sort?

Thanks :)

I use an Official Wireless Receiver and a plug and play charge kit. Easier for games like BF3 when you hop in a jet, then swap back to keyboard and mouse when on foot!

Also, do not plug it into a USB 3.0 port has you will have a hell hole of problems as the way they made the plug on the end of the cable can make it short in a USB 3.0 port, from my own experience anyway, leaving controllers and headsets disconnecting, also causing the sound panel on windows to freeze.

Go with Xbox Pad over PS3 as most games natively support them and even swap out the ingame buttons for xbox ones!

Cheers guys. My XBOX pad will only work if I leave the Play & Charge kit connected! I'll grab a Wireless Kit - I've seen them for £10, just have to make sure their official!

That means the battery is duff that came with the play and charge kit. Sadly you can't just use the USB lead to convert the pad to being wired, it only charges batteries :(

Honestly I would just buy a new wireless pad from here (i gave the link) as it comes with the wireless adapter for the PC for free

ive researched and downloaded motionjoy sortware and the ps3 works fine on the pc wired, but im wanting to connect via the bluetooth thats built in to my laptop. getting compplicated but im sure one of you guys can help me. ive followed the instructions on youtube with no luck, i have booth the sixaxis and the dualshock 3 siaxis controller. please help, im sure theres a way, and that i dont need to go buy a seperate controler!
