Printer not printing purples?

Any idea why my printer will not get purple tone right?

For a business document I'm trying to place NatWest logo off Google images with other logos. The other logos colours come out fine, but NatWest one keeps coming off black or too bright purple if I manipulate the image.

Any ideas what's causing this? if you go on Google images type NatWest I tried to print first 5-6 logos none of them come out right.

Printer is Epson WF 3520 fyi

Cleaned the nozzles? Sounds like the magenta/purple ones are blocked.

yeah I checked that, says all nozzles are working fine.

Is the same issue visible on a printed calibration test?

Umm i had a similar thing, colours on screen not matching printing... for the life of me... hmm

ICC colour profile, argh i don't remember how i fixed it but check they are matched up properly. Might have to Google an answer, sorry to be useless.

Ditch the inkjet and get a colour laser

Are they genuine cartridges? I had a colour issue using cheap ones.
