Hello all, I'm just wondering has anyone came across this issue before. I have a user that can't open his pst files. The odd thing is i have removed previous version of office installed, ran a repair pst application and more without any success.

The problem isnt with the pst files because i can open them up without an issue on my machine. Any suggestions would be helpful thanks very much. Have a good evening.;)

When you say they can't open their PST file, what happens exactly? Do they get an error message? Have you tried running an Office 2010 repair?

How are you trying to open the PST? Have you had it working in 2010 already?

I know you said you have it working on your machine, but is yours 2010 also?
 
Which repair pst application you have used ??

Have to you tried to run Outlook Scanpst.exe File with .pst File may be it will help you to find your deleted email if this process is not work for you then no need to worry, search on Google Outlook Emails Recovery software, there are many companies providing a software with free trial version.
