6850 to a 570 oc windforce - worth it?

having seen a good deal on a GTX 570 OC gigabyte card, i wondered if its a better card, reviews suggest its quieter than my xfx 6850.

is it worth it? £120 at OC for the card b grade, £180 off.

Its a bit faster but if i was you id get this for £137. Bear in mind that only has 1gb of video ram though.

Not that much of an upgrade. I'd keep an eye out for B grade 7850/7870 2GB or 660/660Ti 2GB.

Much, much larger upgrade for around the same money.

The ASUS one will probably be a touch quieter. They're both great cards though
