My dog!

aye, i'd also go vet route. Was just hinting at there maybe being a source of stress but if there's been no change to routine or environment tends to rule that out.

I'm unsure if they're the same as cats but I wouldn't doubt they are. You'll need to clean where he's peeing with a special cleaner, google it (I think one of the favorites is called Urine-Off)

Sounds like scenting behaviours e.i. Marking territory which isnt uncommon if changes have upset them , although vet route sounds best to rule out any infections or problems with going.

you really need to catch it about to - or jsut having wazzed there... then scold the patch of wee and dog and take it outside (the dog not wee).. lock it out for 5 mins that let it an and make a big fuss...

at night you should really try and get the dog outside until it pees

there are also other things you can try like putting down a bright mat / blanket where its peeing and then moving it (of the first thing dose not work)

(house trained 4 of my own)

This happened to my friend once..... except the dog would leave some baked goods for him on his pillow. Lovely dog, think she was called Jellybean.

Is your door shut?

I dunno...maybe leave it open so she can sleep in the same room as you?

She's probably scared. Collie?

Our dog started doing that because he's quite old, turns out there was something wrong with him and he couldn't help it. Get it checked.

Have you overclocked it?

Try upping the voltage when you electrocute it. (i assume you do?)
