60gb will just get you your o/s and some space for a few programs and apps, rest would be taken with swap file / cache and VM etc
so all you will get is faster loading time of windows, which isn't what sdd are for, well not for me anyway.
for me sdd are for games, programs etc, to make it all run qiicker / smoother etc so for me i'd get a bigger one, my rule of thumb is same for memory as it is for sdd's, more is always better than faster.
eg 8gb of the fastest ram isn't better than 16gb of the slowest, unless your a benchmark geek.
256gb samsung pro is a great drive, but cost more than the standard version, when price was high, it was cheaper to get 2 low priced 256gb drives for the cost of the fastest.
i know as i bought 2 of the cheapest

adata ones, worked great for me, so happy with my choice.
but for you, if you want 60gb that's fine, but look at the prices of some of the 128gb /200gb models first as the fastest 60gb today is priced at £89 when you can get a 120gb samsung for the same money.
i know what i'd go for, yes the 60gb is much quicker, but for the same money you can have almost 2X the space and won't notice the speed either, again unless your benchmarking
