iPhone stolen, what steps to take?

I love this forum. A chap gets his phone nicked and the answer for what to do next is to be grateful and buy whatever skinned to hell POS Android the manufacturers are deciding to support this week.

Perhaps he should have posted in the Apple section where people that want to mod/play/mess wont go. ;)

Er let's not forget our pension funds, property insurance providers and local governments all probably have apple shares in their attempts to invest for our benefit, it's a bit rum to mock and take solace in one of our forum fellow's misfortune just because he/she presumed to buy some tech from a company who's products we prefer not to purchase, I'm with Robbo on this and his principled rejection of group mind.

It's not the OP's fault he crossed paths with a thief who had poor judgement in what phone he stole, I blame Tory education cuts there's no way a properly educated thief would steal an iPhone.

So what was the taxi driver and your mate doing while you where getting robbed

Setting up the scam to finally shut someone up who was always banging on about their premium phone, I wonder did the op have a case on their phone, pay someone to have a look at the CCTV footage to see if they look sus!!
