Pc won't start

I'm having an issue where my pc will open Giagabyte Uefi Dualbios howver its just a a blue screen with a black tint saying that. My pc will constantly restart and brin me back to the same menu where my keyboard will not let me input any buttons on startup.

I have the gigabyte z77-d3h
My graphics card is the msi 7850 twin forzer edition.

Also when i try to dual monitor one of the screens is constantly flickering which is rather annoying

i have just had the same problem with my z77 board u need to update the bios to version f18 and it works perfect

u might need plugin mouse to do it as in bios u can use mouse usb

I can't press any keys on my keyboard my keyboard lights up and no matter what i press or do it takes me to the dual mobitor screen

Try unplugging all of you USB devices, as I had a similar issue that I traced to a USB joystick.

Try booting without the graphics card, use the on board graphics.

Is this a problem with a new build or has it just started to happen?
