What will it look like? thats the million doller question.

I would rather play Runescape Classic.... I miss that game soo much

No 2007 is still 3D, essentially 'Runescape 2'.

Been playing since the original beta (When everyone could attack everyone all the time without duelling.) and played it till the 3D transition, loved it.

LMAO @ the Hipster-like attitude to 07 RS...

Terrible. Why can't they drop this useless weak tech and jump onto DirectX already with a standalone like every other MMO. Runescape is hardly user-friendly as it is, takes a ton of performance to play it so it's not like everybody with a normal, casual laptop can get on it. You need at least a semi-gaming rig for it to run well so they'd might as well up the ante and get off of the web browsers.

Fair enough, everyone is entitled to their gameplay preference.

How did you find the transition from non-EOC to EOC?

I was a bit peeved to start with i suppose. Took a little while to get used to having to press keys for attacks. But I never really like just sitting there and watching my character kill things. I find it a lot more engaging having to string attacks together.

Now I could probably go without the new fight style, but going back to 07 graphics is what puts me off a bit. EOC does look pretty, the looks really make it in my opinion. I thought Quests in 07 were a bit of a chore rather than being fun, although i always have sounds off, the new quests flow better and the cut-scenes actually look quite good.

The transition was easy as peas. If you didn't fight straight off, you can quite happily go about trading, exploring like you could before. I know it may have ruined PvP a bit, but then again, PvP can be reborn a bit with skill rather than stats.
