No, you could build the entire house for less than that. Remember you're talking potential making safe, inspecting, demolition and rebuild. I was involved in something broadly similar in Edinburgh a few years ago, it took the best part of a year before a decision was made on whether to demolish or repair - by that time the Scaffold costs alone (which inevitably have only been put on an initial 8 week hire) are a crippling sum relative to the cost of turning up on good land and building from scratch

Anyway that's irrelevant to the thread, it's a good effort
